I had these folks completely rip out, regrade and seed my problem lawn after some sewer work and a tree removal. They showed up when they said they would and did more than we had contracted. They did the work without any deposit and were paid in full upon completion.Very good so far. Then we had some difficulty getting the entire lawn to grow in. I felt sunk. I have .been left hanging on several jobs over the years. These folks were paid in full and five weeks later I was having some problems. To my plesant suprise they came over and after a close inspection, returned and made the job right the next work day for no extra charge. They just wanted the job done the best way possible.
