Kaylyn who works in the office is so kind and caring. She made the effort to get to know my in-laws who had been tenants for many years and made every effort to assist me when I had to begin to manage their account. I have since lost both my mother and father in-law and she went over and above my expectations and worked with me on settling their account. I would highly recommend this facility and will not hesitate to rent from them in the future.

I have never been so sad in my life! They auctioned off my unit with no notification to me! They claim they did but they did not!

All of my deepest memories and keepsakes of my grandmothers who passed away are gone!!! I have had this storage unit for 8 years while I worked and traveled and when I went to finally look at it I could not get into the gate so I called and that is when I found out! And they don't care at all!
