Don't waste your money here. For interior detailing and exterior wax polishing, they did a bad job as the dirt and stains were still left on the car body and the carpet was dirty. The manager was argumentative and did not acknowledge the poor quality. I told them that I would not pay the full amount so they re-cleaned the car but it was still not very satisfactory.



Do not use this place. They will jack up the price of detailing and give you a discount but won't do a satisfactory job.

This place management service is very terrible and poor. There is no business rule and very rude. I have been used for about over 1 year membershp(59.99/month) But this place rejected service for me 2month ago suddenly the reason my car was town car(commercial). But I didn't understand that. This place has been serviced for me over 1year. This place has no rule. Why didn't they reject first time? There is no rule. And so I stopped the using the service almost 1 month ago. But This place charged from my credit card this month inspite of I stopped the using car wash one month ago. And so When I called there 5/1/08 at 12:52pm, They promised to me refund money. But yesterday They rejected to refund money at5/3/08 06:03pm suddenly. I tried to talk to their owner several times . But They rejected to that. There is no business mind. I want to know everyone such a poor and terrible service in Tustin.
