Tulsa Truck Works

own several companies. always take our vehicles to Tulsa truck works and always excellent work done. friendly people very happy with Steve and all. prices were great. great job. very satisfied.

Frustrating experience.. Spent $750 on a fuel tank, the tank broke after 4 weeks and had to be returned, they had it repaired, then reinstalled. Tank broke for 2nd time 6 weeks later, took back and they finally realized tank was bad. They exchanged tank for different tank, reinstalled, take off to Pennsylvania put 80 gallons diesel in and tank won't drip a drop of fuel into factory tank. Went back to truck works, again..told them of problem, to which their response was " iam assuming you have the tank turned on" then they inform me that they cant look at tank for at least a week. So iam currently hauling around 80 gallons of diesel fuel in an aux tank in the bed of my truck that I can't use. I have made so many trips to truck works dealing with this fuel tank problem that I have lost count! I use this truck and tank to earn a living and everyday I don't have the tank (working) its costing me money! Customer service is lousy and they won't get another dollar of mine ever again.

Very disappointed!!!! The total of my invoice, was way over the estimate they gave me. Plus, they lied about the time it would take to do it, and then didn't give me all the accessories that was suppose to come with the package. I will NEVER use Tulsa Truck Works again, nor would I suggest anyone else use them.
