I lived there for two year and there is a thief broke the house .They didnt do anything for us.when i come in my rent is 640$ and i paid 839$per month on my last bill .After 2 year my contract end and I moved to my new house .After 7 month I got a phone call from national debt collection and they said i have a debt to standford oark 5000$ .i have to figure it out now..i will come back.

this is a worst apartment ever to live in. DO NOT Move into this ever even in the desperate need. I have moved in April and this is my 4th month here and I am so regretting it. Till today, in my apartment the stove is not fixed. There is NO adjust fan in the bathroom. This is related to health issues as ppl can get sick. A lots and lots of pest inside home which apartment landlord doesn't care about. They tell us to notify the office every week so they can come out and do pest control. This should be automatic if there is no control of pests in this old buildings. The pest control guy just sprays a bit and leaves and not even in whole home. just windows. So basically lots of HEALTH issues going on in this apartments. To top it off they have decided not to include water bill anymore as was mentioned when I had moved in. this is a sudden decision on their part. Management team don't get stuff done on timely manner. There is only one maintenance guy so he says he cant be everywhere. When you call them, they don't answer 99% of the time. And when you knock on the door, they say they are busy with their lunch and should bother them. They don't even ask if its emergency. This people just don't care if a person lives or dies.

I had to give them one star even though I do not believe they deserve it. They do not keep things in good repair and always raise the rent.



Do NOT move here. They are awful. They never want to repair anything.



I just found out about asbestos and lead paint.

The roof is leaking.

The shower head leaks when you try to run a bath.

The AC and heating has never worked right in the 2 years I have lived here.

The pool is hardly ever open and closed the summer of 2011.

The only walk-in closets I know about are pantries in the garden apts.

I use a cane and I'm stuck in a townhome.

I never had a garbage disposel.

My stove and Refrigerator do not work right.

- the oven does not heat evenly

-the stove burners do not stay level.

-The frig is either not cold enough or freezes all my produce

-the freezer cooling is uneven so things get refreeze.

I can't get rid of the bugs. There are spiders, roaches and other bugs in the kitchens, bathrooms, dining and laundry area.



Double check to make sure the apartment you are looking at is the one you are getting. Check the Garbage Disposal, Frig, Stobe, Carpet for lumps, locks and anything else you can think of.

Make sure to go in with a list and make sure everything is right and that you get it in writing if anything is wrong with the apt,



The management loves to blame every problem with the apt. on you so be careful.



as an aside - if you child has special needs you definately do NOT want them going to Tucker Middle School or Brockett Elem.

I do not know about Tucker High School yet.
