Overall
worst service ever

This restaurant is a joke! Worst service ever! My daughters food came out with a piece of metal on it and when brought to their attention they said it was from the cleaning brush. Really? How discussing! My food then came out and was not what I ordered I politely told our waitress and she said yes I ordered that when I said no I didn't she opens her order book and shows me what she wrote down. Well I'm sorry you wrote it down wrong but she was very rude insisting I ordered it. She did end up bringing me what I wanted which was chicken fettuccine and there was a large chunk of dried up alfredo sauce in it. I thought we had already been though enough so I didn't want to cause a scene and ate my food thinking they would do the right thing in the end and not be charged for the food with the metal on it and my meal that I had to wait on because of there error. And my husband also was givin a meal he didn't order but she quickly brought his order out. So that was just ok. Oh no just got worse! When paying at the register they were not willing to take off the two meals that were messed up and we had to pay for them. Excuse me! What kind of restaurant does that. After a long discussion one meal was not charged. Still ended up getting worse they even called the police! I'm not looking for a free meal just if you go out to dinner you expect a decent service and don't want to pick through your food to see if there is any surprises in it like we had in ours. Manager and waitress were very rude and don't even care about any type of customer service. DO NOT EAT THERE FOR YOUR SAFETY! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN!

Overall
My Mother and her friends eat ...

My Mother and her friends eat at this restaurant every week and I have been a handful of times. The food is ordinary but usually good. Today I tried the chicken artichoke special, it was a bit pricey at over 10.00 in price, but it was described as having a glaze and frankly I was curious. I like chicken and I like artichokes. First came the salad which consisted of a quarter wedge of tomato, one small ring of onion and the rest was iceberg lettuce. The bleu cheese dressing was the consistency of water and I had to ask for another serving to try and get some of the flavor on the salad. The mini loaves of bread they serve are delicious, however, today one of the loaves was hard at the end and stale. Finally the main course arrives....... the best I can describe this is pounded thin chicken breasts which appear to have been boiled with artichokes and put on a platter with a serving of strangely seasoned corn (was that oregano?) and I requested a baked potato, which by the way was fine. It was visually unappealing as well as one of the blandest dishes I have ever ate. It reminded me of something they would serve to someone in the hospital on a restricted diet. That being said, the waitress came to give us the ticket and looked at my full plate and said no good huh? I said yes, no good. My Mother was gracious and bought our dinners and she told the man at the register, whom I believe is an owner, that my dish was not good, but he seemed unconcerned. In all fairness not all dishes can be a winner, but if you are going to try them out on people as a special, be prepared to accept it may not be good and make a no charge or replacement dish available to customers. .

We have been going here at lea...

We have been going here at least one night a week since they opened and sometimes we throw in a lunch. The service and food have always been excellent. The owner is a wonderful man who is more than willing to please his customers.
