        This is actually Tan Envy, formally The Tan Co off of Hwy 47 in Troy. The beds are older than most competitors. Multiple light bulbs are constantly out in beds and still have not been fixed in the few months I've been tanning here no matter how many times you report it to owners or staff. If you want to tan in higher level beds you'll pay $50 down and $35-$65 a month to wait 15-20 minutes to tan in one of the FEW WORKING beds. The owner actually suggested that instead of me waiting 15-20min to use the ONLY working level 3(not including their 1 stand-up) that I tan in a level 1. Unbelievable, I pay considerably more a month for access to level 3's, why would I want to waste my time or money in a level 1? And why not offer your customer a complimentary upgrade to an open level 4 or 5 considering you now only have 1 bed because the other is completely broken and they have to order a replacement and have " no idea when it will be fixed"??? Don't waste your money here or at the other tanning salon off of Ellis & 47 which is owned by the same people. It's actually cheaper to tan at the Ellis location but only because the beds are grossly outdated! What a joke and a very poor example of decent customer service!!!

        Horrible place. Not even sure why they have a business license still. They steal from their customers. They were supposed to give us a refund because they over charged us for a tanning package. Instead of giving us a refund, they actually charged us for another tanning package. Then when confronted, refused to give us a refund and was extremely confrontational. Don't ever go here, go some place else than Troy to tan because they also own Alternative Sun now!! Horrible Horrible Horrible place! I cannot stress enough how much you should not go here and run these criminals out of Troy!

        The owner makes deals he doesnt honor. Everytime I went to use my transferred membership biv was being charged more money. The blonde male who works there is extremely rude and blames everyone who isnt present instead of trying to fix the problem

        WORSE place I have ever been to. They are money hungry and they don't know when to leave customers alone, they keep nagging at you until you buy something. I am a member at the north ofallon location and they know how to treat there customers. Well anyways they wouldn't let me tan there unless I canceled my member ship at the ofallon location and I should be able to tan at any location I want to since I am a world member. So screw you Troy tan co
