Taco Bell

Our family sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before even ordering food. This establishment has a closed in drive thru that wont let you leave once it is entered. Terrible!!

I went into the Troy TB on Halloween and all of my stuff was wrong and the manager said he would replace it. So I go back today to get my stuff the general manager was there and the first thank he told me it was to much, it was $40.and some change. Really I spend that every time we go with a family of 5. Then he said he would not replace my stuff because I should have reviewed the order on two items and all the soft tacos that stuck to the paper that we could not eat was not his problem. Really I will never go back to that taco bell again.

I have been to this location many times in the past and have found the experience lacking, however, the last six months I have been going and having a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and the store frequently has a line out the door, this does cause our wait to be sometimes long, but when we pull up to a building with a line wrapped around it and a lobby full of people, we know what we're getting into

Every time they always mess up an order or give you the wrong one. Takes forever to get through the drive through. The gave me the wrong order and once they made it again the dumb girl gave it to someone in the drive thur making me wait even longer for a simple order. That girl needs to be fired. Sucks that I have to even give them one star. They don't deserve it!

So I went here yesterday, and the girl who takes your order just kept staring at us. I mean c'mon we just got through the door. We obviously need time to figure out what we want. So as I sat down there were ants all over the one wall crawling up it. Also, there were nats flying up in the two corners of the windows. The boy all he did was spray some cleaner, and put tape over the hole. Yeah, I also put an applcation in, and didn't get a call back. Some of the workers there smoke pot. I'm pretty sure i'd be a better canadaite. I'm probably not going to go back there. FU taco bell.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Several times forgetting some of our food. Making the food wrong when asked for no onions. General Manager insulted me, Lied to me, and acted like I was dumb. The managers are uncoordinated with each other. This Taco Bell is a definite do not go too!

We didnt expect much. I mean it was Fast food...But we still got so much less ! The girl takeing our order looked as though she wanted to just die! she was SO bored and breathless i wanted to check her BP! The bathroom was a crime scene! And to make it even worse we had to eat our food with about 7 other people watchin the local cheer leaders do a few cheers for Taco Bell? are you kidding me? WHY where they here? They were ANNOYING as all he!!

We have came here 3 times. This was our "give me a L! A! S! T!! THATS RIGHT !LAST! choice for me.
