        Have had multiple issues with the house. All jeff want to do is band aide it till he's in the clear of the warranty. Smooth talker too tells you just what you want to hear. But sorry jeff cracks don't heal themselves. I wish a builder still have a crap about his name and not just how many houses can I get up and sell as quick as possible. Stand behind what you are going to build. This goes for you too dale. Horrible home. Wish I could get out of it. $170,000 P.O.S. All I can say is do your research!! We didn't!!!
