Don't go here!! Owner's word means nothing. He accepted an oversized item that I needed engraved and quoted a price. I called every week - for a MONTH to check progress. I was finally given a date to pick up. I arrived to pick up project only to have owner hand item back to me and say he was too busy to get it done. Terrible experience. Completely unprofessional. I was left with no time to get the item engraved for a upcoming event.
