What's the point of being in business if you NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE? I've tried calling any number of times and I have NEVER had anyone answer. It's a great business if you go in, otherwise they can't be bothered!

Each time I am in the store someone always asks if I need help. I wanted a certain cat litter; they were happy to start carrying it for me. They also stock a particular type of dog food for me. When an item is out of stock they let me know when the shipment is expected. As for the prices, I think they are competitive. I find some items less expensive than chain stores. My dog food is "high end" and cannot be found at the chain stores. Thx price here is about the same as another specialty store across town. I shop here regularly and recommend this business!

Absolutely the highest pet product and food prices around. Also terrible customer service. The girl in there was more interested in the guy she was with rather than me as a customer
