one on one personal service and maybe a neck/head massage cannot make up for bad perms, outdated hair cutting skills and high prices. it is too computerized - you have to talk to a receiptionist - she enters what she thinks you want/need and that comes up with a time frame the person who actually performs the services to live up or in my case down to. heaven forbid you want a slightly different technique - even if it is the same service you scheduled. you won't get it due to 'time constraints'. DON'T go there - resist temptation - hang up the phone. i gave them more than once chance and am sorry and poorer in my pocket book and looks for it. just DON'T!
