My salesman, Carlton, was extremely knowledgeable and informative. When I expected to simply be directed toward options, he seemed happy to escort me to several options each time I had a whim. Yet, he also allowed me to explore alone when needed. His attentiveness and patience was beyond what I have EVER experienced. Carlton is a wonderful asset to your team!

Interesting review about Johnathan Montalvo, I ordered a love seat online and within two hours he called me trying to up sell me Goof Protection. I politely said "no thank you" then he began his pitch at which time I cut him off saying "I said no". I received an email receipt within minutes of the call, my name was now spelled incorrectly, phone number changed, apartment number left out. This guy is a piece of work.

Clean store with helpful sales people, not pushy. Jonathan Montalvo was patient while I selected the living room I wanted. When we told him we were prior customers and the leather living room set had cracks on the seat he told us about a recall on that set and contacted the home office to secure a credit on the new set. His focus was definitely on customer service.
