On several occasions I have used this service and never had a bad ride. The car is always clean and smells good. The driver was very nice and courteous and on time each time.

Celebrating my husband’s retirement, I planned a concert with friends and booked round trip transportation with Maynard, Service Manager of Peninsula Town Car. However, the concert was cancelled the day before the event. Still wanting a special evening for my husband I called Maynard and asked if he would take the four of us to Santa Monica for dinner instead. Maynard was so accommodating and professional, he made the change in arrangements without a hassle or change fees. After dropping us at our resturant, we exchanged cell numbers and he said to call/text him when we were about 30 minutes from needing the return trip. No times limits imposed. We went for a walk after dinner and called Maynard with a new pick up location. He arrived promptly and returned us back to the peninsula and our respective homes.

He made our evening very relaxing and worry free. Maynard is friendly, professional, fun to have conversation with and will do what it takes to earn your trust and your businesses. we will defiantly, be using his car service again for a night out or airport drop-offs. Thank you Maynard.

I contacted Peninsula Car Cab to provide transportation to my elderly father who can no longer drive. We received the best service I have ever experienced from a car service. I recently used their services to get back home from a vacation trip to Baja Mexico, Cabo San Lucas. My girlfriend and I needed a ride back from the L.A airport so I called to book an appointment. The service manager was real friendly and they helped us get a vehicle upon request. The ride home was very comfortable , the driver arrived on time and waited for us at the terminal, he helped with all of our bags and was very courteous.

The icing on the cake was when I got home and realized I had left my wallet in the backseat of the car with 300 dollars cash in it. I called the company and the driver drove all the way to my house to drop it off. Everything was still in the wallet including my money. I was seriously impressed and grateful.
