Celibre Laser Dermatology

I was getting acne and acne scars treatment at Celibre Medical. Everyone treated me w/ so much respect and helpful to my every need. The scheduling was flexible fo me and I was very satisfied with the treatment. I reacted very well to the treatment and I hardly break out now which is good. I'm glad that I found Celibre.

Went in for a laser treatment and was upsold by Kevin Di Cerbo to buy a package costing around $3000. This completely wrecked my skin and has left permanent scarring. Having since gone to a reputable laser center, the doctors there were in shock at the damage celibre had caused on my skin. Celibre and Kevin Di Cerbo were so unprofessional, unwilling to help rectify the situation and having read other reviews now know it's a complete scam they are running. Beware!

Excellent staff, professional service, great scheduling times, realistic expectations, very good results. I am very happy with my results (acne, oily skin, blemishes, scars) and will refer when asked.

I came to Celibre in search of injection procedures. I did not know what I wanted or needed but knew that I could use something. Lori is the nurse that helped me decide on Restylane and Dysport. I was hesitant about the investment, but in the end I am most happy about how much younger I look. The detailed information about what was being done was extremely helpful and reassuring.

They helped me have less acne and red scars. The program is not completely over yet, but has worked pretty good. I hope my skin clears up more over the next 6 months. They were very nice and welcoming and the lasers worked for me.

My goal was to receive the best treatment for reducing or softening frown lines and chin lines to approve my appearance. The teaching done by Lori in the Torrance office was one of the best parts of the experience. The best procedure, timetable, charges and expectations was very clearly communicated to me. Because of this very clear communication, I was pleased with the results after the treatment. I felt very comfortable at Celibre and will be returning.

The staff at Celibre was kind, informative and caring to mee. My appointments were easy to schedule and the expectations they set for me were realisitc. The laser treatments offered much improvement for acne and facial redeness. I am very pleased that I went to Celibre.

I went to Celibre to improve the fine lines around my mouth. I ended up being injected with Restylane around the mouth, both for the lines above the upper lip and for an area at the side of my mouth that was turning down a bit (pouting look). I was extremely pleased with the area at the corners of the mouth because I did not even know that look could be improved with injections. I was a little more concerned with the lip area because I had slight lumpiness for a week or two after the procedure. It looks fine now but it would have been better if I was forewarned on that. Four weeks after the treatment I was happy with the results and would recommend Celibre based on the experience.

I went in with a good number of issues, acne, oily skin, large pores, redness and scars. I have significantly less oily skin and active acne. Still have some redness and scars that I will continue to treat because they have other lasers. I knew my situation would be a lot of work based on the consultation and we have only finished the first part of it. In addition to the initial results, I was happy with Tamara, the person at the front desk and Lori, my nurse. It was also fairly easy to schedule an appointment that worked for me and that was important because I was coming from far away.

I went to Celibre the first time I tried Botox. I didn't know what to expect because it was my first time, but Michelle the nurse that treated me was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to share her knowledge and experience and I liked that. She helped to get rid of the anxiety I had. I was worried about the lines around my eyes on the sides and after the treatment they were gone. I will be visiting again soon.

acne, texture and pore size. highly recommended as the results were good. The time spent on education and expectations was even better. They always explained everything about the treatments before it happened.

I came to Celibre for Botox and Restylane. I have Botox for fine lines around the eyes and Restylane for the creases around the nose and mouth. The thing I appreciate most about Celibre is the honest feedback I receive from Lori during our appointments. Even when the news is bad (like bruising from treatment) she's always realistic with me. In the past couple years I have met all the staff at the Celibre office and I have found every one to be attentive and caring, so much so that I have brought them lunch from my restaurant several times. Tamara has made it easy for me to schedule appointments that work within my schedule and Lori has been as delicate as can be with my injections. I have referred my best friend and would refer more people if they had the $$!

Excellent, professional, knowledgable and friendly staff. Great experience with staff and technology for acne and acne scars. I'm very happy with the texture and smoothness of my skin and the pore size reduction.

I went to Celibre for Botox and Restylane to look younger. Lori in the Torrance office did my treatments and I was very pleased with the results. I felt I looked 3-5 years younger after the injections. One of the best parts was the education about the procedure. We spent lots of time talking about different options and I really felt a part of the decision process.

I have not yet seen great results yet and am still waiting for more. I went in for scarring, redness and acne. I loved the customer service and the knowledgable staff and my time at Celibre was pleasant. Hoping for more results soon.

Tattoo removal. They said it could take from 6 - 15 treatments and they finished in 9 so I was pretty pleased. The tattoo is completely gone. The staff was very patient and very professional and I felt like I knew what I was getting into when I started.

I chose Celibre over other service providers for laser hair removal despite the fact that they were significantly more expensive, because the environment seemed hygenic and the staff looked professional. So when I saw the coupon in my e-mail for 50% off for the first treatment, you can only imagine how happy I was. I called, made an appointment and asked them how much time I woould need for all the areas they listed in the contract when I went there for initial consultation - They said 1.5 hours should be enough. I went there at 4:30 on Friday night, and the spent 40 minutes taking pictures, talking etc and only started the treatment at 5:10 pm. and after they completed only the "front of the legs" at 6 pm, they said they wouldn't be able to continue since they close at 6 pm and that I had taken 2 bathroom breaks and that was not in their schedule, and that a manager would call me to discuss the "next steps". I expected them to schedule another 45 minutes to finish what they started, but guess what? they refused to finish the treatment , and they wanted to charge me $350 for the frnt of the legs, and said that it would cost me only $175 with the coupon - oh what a deal I was getting? I asked them to eaither finish what they started or give me a full refund, or otherwise I was going to dispute the charge. Their 2nd guy who contacted me via e-mail responded, and I quote "your threats are extortion and if you continue with them we will be forced to take legal action for extortion, slander and any other charges that fit your actions". Now I call that customer service.



I disputed the charges with the credit company and received the full amount they charged me. Besides the fact that they refused to finish the treatment they promised, I couldn't believe the treatment I got from them.



In summary - don't go there if you cannot go on without a bathroom break for 2 hours; otherwise you may never get your money's worth and be treated as if their incapability and lack of customer service is your fault.

Very easy scheduling, excellent customer service, friendly staff, have already referred family. Hope to see even more improvement in the future for acne and oily skin.

I am rating Celibre excellent because other products helped not as much as the lasers at Celibre. I really liked my results and the staff that works there made me feel comfortable.

The treatment for acne texture and breakouts was excellent in some ways, some parts of the skin better than other parts, but overall great results. The outcome was pretty much as I was told in the consultation and I found the staff to be very attentive. It was easy to schedule my appointments.
