Ruby Tuesday

This place doesn't even deserve one star. My husband and I came 10-22-15 for dinner we waited 30 mins to even be asked what we wanted to drink then only another 30 to receive our meals which to top it off came out cold. Only time we seen a waitress was taking our order and taking our food back. It wasn't busy to have such shotty service in the front of the house and the back. Will NEVER return to this establishment.

I thought I signed up for the So Connected program, where I would received a birthday burger on the house... I must have done something wrong, according to the manager, because I didn't receive my coupon in the mail...so the manager said, you can access your e-mail to get the coupon code through your smart phone...



I informed him I didn't have a smart phone, and my dumb phone can't access my e-mail (not enough memory). I offered him my license to prove my birth date... but he say they needed the coupon code... I said just forget it, I'll just have the burger and something to drink anyway... $13 plus tax and tip... not a HAPPY BIRTHDAY meal



However the server was very accommodating, she did everything she could to help me out...



Oh well, No coupon, no free meal
