        Bill does our twice yearly furnace and heat pump checks. He tells us what we need to hear; not what we necessarily want to hear. If a part needs replacing, he'll recommend it; otherwise, he'll keep an eye on it for next time. He installed a water heater for us too. We would highly recommend Bill; he fosters a good relationship.

        Always up front with problem, some recommendations, and cost. Excellent work. Mr dean service-fixed my ac, water heater, sump pump, and grounded my gas lines with an excellent result. Very reliable company.
