First of all, let me say that we appreciated the way Taylor Jones presented your product. He was very professional and courteous. Secondly, we thought Joe Gonzales and his crew were especially good. They were friendly and well trained. I appreciate their craftmanship and the cleanup was excellent. I will highly recommend them to everyone in my neighborhood.

Renewal by Andersen recently replaced half of the windows on my house. The windows are very high quality and the installation was top notch. The installers (Rene Ramos and his crew of Eric and Julio) arrived an hour ahead of time that morning. First, Rene explained what they would be doing and the how the installation process worked and what to expect. They then went to work and finished the installation of the seven windows by mid-afternoon. Their work was very professional and I plan to have them back to replace my remaining windows in the near future.

Andersen installed some very large windows with film in a location that had unusual sunlight angles. While everything wasn't quite right the first time, they were committed to make sure the installation met their high standards. I thought their commitment to excellence was commendable and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just had our 18 windows installed by professionals, namely, Bill and James. These guys worked very hard and all windows were done according to specifications and I don't seem to think that they are in a hurry and therefore done right. Kenny ensures that we are satisfied and happy; inspected during and after installation. A wonderful company I can truly recommend. Thank you.

We replaced 3 windows and Rene and his crew did an excellent job. One large widow over a curving stair was particularly difficult but they worked late to get it installed. These men were very professional, covered floors and surrounding areas for protection and thoroughly cleaned up. Best of all they remained cheerful throughout and were a pleasure to work with.

Our installation team was simply superb.

These same windows had been replaced 4 years ago with windows from Clear Choice. Approximately 30% of the windows literally came apart with fogging in them. They caused major damage to surrounding brick during installation.

This experience was TOTALLY different with Andersen. The product is vastly superior and guaranteed by a company that has been in business for 100+ years. The installation was incredibly clean with total interior protection from dust and debris. The old windows were surgically extracted instead of using sledge hammers like Clear Choice did. The new windows were a precise fit and expertly installed.

I cannot properly convey the radical degree of difference between our Andersen experience and our prior disastrous experience.

In short, Andersen windows were worth every penny of the price and the installation was punctual, precise and cleanly accomplished.

The people at Andersen kept in telephone contact every step in the order, delivery, and installation process. The installation, done by James and Bill, was top quality and totally professional.

Installers arrived right on time, actually called a little early to let me know they were on the way. They went right to work, and had the job completed before noon. They completely cleaned up the areas, and even took a look at a window that had been installed previously, that was not operating smoothly. The problem was reported and two business days later, the repair technician was scheduled to come and correct the problem. There are less expensive windows, but the support is unlike any competitor.

The entire process was amazing until the installers arrived to install the windows. A husband and wife showed up and once everything was set up for the windows to be installed, the guy noticed a problem, he said the windows were a different size, after roughly three phone calls, he informed us that they were correct. The couple arrived at 8 am and left around 5 pm, the entire time the two were installing the windows the husband sounded frustrated at the wife, literally yelling and getting mad at her, made me super uncomfortable, especially since I have two small children in the house as well. Once the windows were finally done we had to get painters (from the company) to come out and paint (typical) However, the installers scratch parts of our window frame inside. Renewal by anderson is GREAT, however the installers ruined the experience for us! The painters were also great!!

Finally, we are now the proud owner of Anderson windows. No complaints, no issue with their product and staff. Overall, professional and friendly at each and every layers - Sales, Service and Installers. We noticed the differences very next day at our usually hot spots in the house. In addition, we can't really hear the outside road noise. The finished windows seems to improve our curb appeal. Plus, our kids enjoyed their new window too.

As we anticited the installers arrival, I was nervous. We never had some many windows replaced in one day, but the guts were very professional and courteous and explained the process as they went along keeping us in the loop which made everything run quickly and smoothly. The finished product was mind blowing.

After a lengthy process, we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement with this company. Be very careful about buying replacement windows from this company. The salesman assured us that they could match our exsisting windows exactly. This is far from what was installed. The manager has been very slow to adjust our sizable bill to reflect their mistake OR misrepresentation. They might be fine if you want an entire house done, but I expect the price would be astronomical. They seem to say what you want to hear to make the sale.
