McDonald's

This McDonalds is horrid. They never ever get your order right or put everything you order in the bags and it does not matter if its day or night. The drive thru is slow and staff are usually poorly trained. Most of the time there are no napkins straws or ketchup in my bag. This is ongoing and this last time i received bad service the acting manager / shift leader wouldnt even let me finish my complaint and tried to cut me off. This location is so focused on speed of service that they just dont give a damn about anything else. I will never go back.

This McDonald's is so terrible. They've never gotten our order correct once. Managers don't care if they're service is terrible. Nobody is running the show I'm assuming. Managers obviously need better training. They blame you if the order is incorrect and saying that you should check the order before you leave. Are you serious? McDonald's is McDonald's but they shouldn't be this terrible at their job. If this is the standards that McDonald's has then I feel bad for their employees. Train your crew! There's a jack in the box across the street, If your hungry and you want your order correct go there

Staff is slow. They cut corners and rarely get the order correct. Of the 4 or 5 times I have gone there my order has only been correct once. Poor service. Doesn't even deserve a star.
