USE THE POSTAL SERVICE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RECIEVE YOUR MAIL OR PACKAGES, THEY CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE ON HOW TO HIRE NEW PEOPLE THAT CAN READ, OR REALLY DO THERE JOB, THEY EITHER LOOSE PACKAGES , DON'T DELIVER THEM, OR KEEP THEM, That is what you get from the new federal postal worker. Now the old route mailman does his job Well .

R they actually employees of the federal government? I never hated dealing with the post office until I moved into this zip code...I use to think mail carriers were kind of awesome, but now....UGGGGGGGGH!

Today I called this P.O. branch to ask them to please take the hold off of my mail. I didn't ask for a hold but I am only home 3 days a week and they keep thinking I moved when I didn't. I was very polite, just wanting to hurry and get my mail comming again and get on with things I have to do today. This woman working there was so rude to me. (Nikki). She starts yelling at me telling me how many people dont get their mail out of the box and they have no choice but to put it on hold. I never ask her about!??? I just wanted my mail back. so then I said ok can you please start delivering it again> Thank you Goodbye and she screams at me "Your not gettin nothen". WOW! Is this professional or what? Is this a way to treat any customer but especially one who was polite to you even though you were raising your voice to them? UNREAL. This woman needs to be fired or made to go back through training on how to speak to people. This really ruined my morning, There is no excuse to treat someone in such a nasty manner. I reported her. I called another number that I did not know was at the same post office and told a guy what happened and he told me it was the same office and he heard the conversation. He basically apologized for her but I called to get the number to the post master because if she is treating me like this then she is probably doing this to others. He said he didn't have the number (UNREAL) and when I ask him for her name he didn't want to tell me but then after a minute he said Nikki, so I am not even sure if thats her real name. All I know is you dont take you bad attitude to work and take it out on innocent people, It's just not right. There was NO reason for her to be like that to me. I wasn't cmplaining to her, I just wanted my mail back (Thats all).

Bottem line, If this post office cares anything about it's customers then they will do something about this "Nikki" and the way she is treating people. Thanks Nikki, you have a nice day too.

I called this post office with a huge concern because I put the wrong zip code on a package...the branch I took it to was not answering the phone. The clerk at this branch was extremely rude..no wonder you guys are in trouble, I use this service as little as possible anymore because of the poor service. Very rude clerk at this branch.

I went to this location paid for 2 day priority mailing of my very important document. Was told by the clerk with 20 yrs expierence it wouldd be there in 2 days. No, That didn't happened and my document got rejected because it did not get there in the 2 days. The manager, Charlie, was completely rude and inconsiderate of the situation. Basically he could careless of how they affected my future by them not doing their job properly.
I'm a hard working single mother and they ruined my potential future.
