Tobacco Haven/Vape Super Center

This was my original go to shop until I began working for one. Along time ago there was a lady who could rub off the wrong way with certain guests, but that was her personality and i believe she is no longer there.

Fast Forward to 2017-2018: staff has improved immensely. Jake is a phenomenal help. He knows virtually everything you need to know about vaping. Justin as well. Between those two men, you won't ever leave the store wondering or having questions about your Vaping purchases. The other women who work there are very sweet and helpful as well.

Selection: Everchanging! VSC stays on trend with the newest devices and vaping technology. They also carry the largest stock of name brand liquids from across the USA. There is no mixing here. What you get is never contaminated or tainted. It will ALWAYS be the same exact flavor everytime. No human errors. All of their liquids fit current FDA laws.

VSC is still the reigning champ of the vaping industry in NW Ohio and Michigan.

I have never had a bad experience here, and I have been coming to this place for years (occasionally) The guy who waited on me this last time was very friendly and informative without being pushy in any way., which is what I am accustomed to at this location. They have a great selection of juices which I was not rushed or made to feel like a bother while browsing and asking about them. I felt welcomed and valued there and their prices are fair. Whoever these "rude employees" are, I've certainly never met them and I've been helped by about three different sweet women and two different charming guys, including the one mentioned in a previous review. As you can clearly tell, whoever left that racist nasty comment sounds like an absolute pleasure themselves :)

The overweight Mexican ogre that works there tried selling me a open atomizer and looked at me like I was dumb when I tried making small talk.

Awesome Place, Staff showed me in the ins and outs on what to buy for vaping, I couldn't tell you the numerous variety of E liquids this place carries Check them out!

Bought an Atlantis Aspire 2 tank. Also got my Sigelei 150w,with a nitecore charger,and samsung batteries.. People. Sorry but you get what you pay for.. I spent 250$ in one day there. The sales woman is awesome!!! If you are new to vaping. They will help you get started. Im pretty happy with everything they sell there. Pluse all aspire products have a scratch code you can verify online if its authentic or not.. Ive never been sold anything knockoff!!!!

Once again I wish I had checked the reviews here 1st! The saleswoman who waited on me was, quite frankly, beyond rude. Grabby, snippy, almost chip-on-her-shoulder attitude for no discernible reason and without provocation. Intoxication? Mental Illness? Behavior quite outside the norm. I let it go several times before saying anything, even then not raising my voice, etc. I even tried to get the other woman to wait on me instead. I was then sold a e-cig... with no paperwork (instructions, warranty etc.) whatsoever, I found when I got home. I thought this was just one more act of par-for-the-course malicious behavior, but now I worry that this is due to being sold a "fake" or "clone." They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau.

This shop and All there other locations sell clones! They say there real. But there not. They lie. I got a ecig there and it quit working the next day. They would not refund me or fix it. I sent it to the manufacture who sent it back to me telling me it was a fraud "CLONE" fake product.



I went back and asked the owner about this and was asked to leave the store.



Go to a real vape shop. Not a tobacco store like this that is only trying to make money selling fakes! They sell them in all there Vape Super centers ! In Toledo and BG !
