Rick Oxley Property Maintenace is the best! I have used this company a few times and they go above and beyond!

at 430 pm ON Dec the 8th I realized my furnish was not working. I went to light the pilot and I don't have one. The sticker on my Electric panel. Had Rick's Name and Number so I called him and explained what was happening and told that me and my wife are a older couple and needed heat. and asked him if he could come out tomorrow knowing it was to late tonight and he said he would be happy to help us out tonight,. shortly after 6 he arrived and said he had to stop and buy the part. 630PM WE HAVE HEAT. He was very professional and His Price was more then fair.

This company has done very satisfactory work for us on several occasions but has also failed to show three times (twice for me and once for me son, after I referred him to ROPM).

He was very professional and the work he did was exceptional. He went over and beyond with explaining every step and the cost of it in an amazing way. Great rates very fair. I would recommend him hands down!

I had Rick out to do some work, and he did exceptional work. I have had other plumbers out in the past and none of them compare to Rick. He made it to the house quickly and when he said he was going to be here he was I did not have to wait all day for him to get here. Once he was here, he was very professional and the work he did was great. He is also very reasonable in price. Will definitly be calling him back out next time I need some work done. If you are on the line about who to have out give Rick a chance, you wont be sorry.

i would recommend rick oxley over rooto-rooter. they were very professional and friendly. they did a very good job on the sewage line. i was able to see through the whole line all the way to the water main with their camera. i had rooto rooter come in not even a year ago and i think they just got the clog to go down and that was it. i will be calling rick oxley when my tree roots come back.

Respone time was great and Rick was very friendly and knowledgeable, great rates too!!
