Koreana Restaurant

I and 3 others dined at Koreana on this past Saturday. The food was mediocre, the service was terrible. The waitress didn’t know anything about the menu. 2 of us ordered Bipnbap, it was plated wrong, the accompaniments were not proportional. Upon arriving at a table, after a considerable long wait, there were no napkins, place settings or flatware. When she finally brought the appetizers, the waitress asked if we wanted forks, she never brought the water that was requested. There were other customers with similar complaints. I won’t be going back, unless they make some changes with their wait staff.
