I highly recommend this company. The quality of work was outstanding, very professional. Ms. Suki and staff were wonderful to work with- kind, fast, efficient, and did a wonderful job altering my wedding dress. Ms. Suki added a 3 point bustle to my dress, adjusted the shoulder straps (by several inches), hemmed the front & sides, added a satin & embroidered belt that was purchased separately, and incorporated a bra so I would not need a bustier (very low back on dress). I had three separate fittings and Ms. Suki was very patient and easy to work with. All my questions were answered and they did an amazing job preparing my dress for the big day! Thank you so much for your great service!!

I've been a customer here since I moved to Toledo 8 years ago. They are always friendly, fast, and do a great job! Most recently I took a not-so-well made bridesmaid dress in to be altered and the wonderful sweet ladies there spent time up front looking how to best do the alterations to not only get it to fit, but to FIX the defective dress (it was too late to return it - because, by the way, they were doing this with less then a week turn around!). The dress is great. As always, I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of work. :)

I had to have a bridesmaid's dress taken in on very short notice. Cheryl was helpful and quick... Listened to exactly what I wanted, worked with me and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely go there again.

Alterations and More is somewhere I would go again! We only gave them a week to get it done and they had it done in time and it fit great!! They went above and beyond to help us out at the last minute.

DO NOT GO HERE! I initially called to see if they altered wedding dresses and they said sure, no problem. I took it in and spent nearly $300 to get it altered only to find out that they cut pieces out underneath and never stitched it back together and completely messed up my entire wedding dress. I asked them why there was a big gap of material that was not stitched together underneath and they said that's the way it was supposed to be. REALLY?! I took the dress elsewhere to get a 2nd opinion and the lady was shocked and how horrible the dress fit and looked. This was before lifting it up and looking under it! I had to have the entire dress fixed. I spent hours standing while the lady tried to figure out what Alterations and More did to it. Luckily she was experienced and knew what she was doing. SHE FIXED THEIR MESS AND SPENT A LOT MORE TIME AND CHARGED ME HALF THE AMOUNT! I never write on these reviews, but this time I am because I don't want people going through the mess I went thorugh with the high cost on top of it all! I don't know what it takes to call oneself a "specialist" in altering wedding dresses, but this has to be a complete lie because a specialist should know what they are doing. The last thing you need during the stressful time of wedding planner is to go pick up your dress and it is a disaster!! Please take my advice and go elsewhere.

About 2 hours before the wedding I realized that my belt for my dress was broken. It was missing an essential part. I was pleasingly surprised on how quick my alterations took - my dress now fits like a glove. I would of never tried to tackle the alterations that were needed on this dress. Not only were the gals very nice but also very professional. The price was more than fair - if I could rate them 6 stars I would of. I highly recommend Alterations & More.
