        Overall

        I was not happy with my stay. I booked a king bed room for my stay in Titusville Fl.. When we got there and checked in we went to the room to find it was a two double beds in the room..They didn't have a refridgerator or microwave in the room. We let that go as we were tired from traveling and didn't want to change rooms by moving everything. So the next day we go to the pool and there was a guest in a wheel chair that wanted in the pool. The lift for handicap would not work so family went to get help only to find no one seemed to know what they were doing who worked there, so they covered up the lift and said the battery was dead...and never offered to help in any way to help get their loved one in the pool...the family was left to struggle doing it their self. Second morning we woke to electric being out no emergency lighting on at all. The halls were pitch black.guests had to leave the rooms unlocked and cracked open in order to get back in the rooms and have the chance of belongings to be stolen. We checked out and and all the clerk said was sign the checkout and we would be emailed our receipt. No apology or explanation for electric being out...or for the inconvenience we had to take cold showers in the dark....Horrible horrible experience with them.
