Hacks! We bought a new 42" TimeCutter® SS4225, 13 months ago. Bucks is the only place to have serviced it.

The mower has less than 23 hours on it. The drive belt just came off in the yard last week, we had just got it back from being serviced by Bucks. First use after getting it back, less than 5 minutes in the yard. Back to Bucks, they tell us it is not covered under warranty and charged us $103 to put a new belt on it.

We get it home, drive it off the trailer, the blades won't engage, back to Bucks now. Still do not know why, but I can tell you, this mower should not be having any of these issues.

BUCKS are a bunch of hacks who are either scamming us by creating issues, or genuinely just ignorant hacks who don't know what they are doing. Either way, if you do not have money to just throw away, steer clear of these HACKS!

I had a flat tire on my riding mower. I took it in and they installed a tube in it quickly and gave it back to me within 15 minutes. Helped me find the right spark plug on another trip. Service folks are friendly, prices are fair, and they have always been helpful.

Bad customer service. Owner doesn't stand behind products they sell. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The best customer service I have received until I left! My weed eater ran fine and start up ok but shaft was screwed! After waiting two and a half weeks I called and they said "not worth fixing it has zero compression" funny sounds like they were just trying to get me to buy a new one.
