        Perfect Travel Planning

        Carol's Travel planned our entire Alaskan cruise tour with Holland America, took care of booking the excursions we chose, made suggestions, explained each step and even changed our flight seating mid-cruise. We received a step by step itinerary, boarding passes and we had to do NOTHING other than take the vacation. It was the vacation of a lifetime and all Carol's Travel's hard work made it a breeze with not a single worry!

        My wife asked for a quote for round trip flights for two to Malaysia. We recieved a quote on Wednesday and went to book the flights on Thursday. They told us at the time that we booked (less than 24 hrs. later) that the flights would be $50 more per ticket.What the hell is that? A blatant last grab for cash at time of booking? She told us some vague excuse that the ticket prices had changed. My experience tells me that ticket price changes happen once a week (between tuesday & wednesday).We would have been very pleased with this service (1st time users) and would have used them again. But this last ditch curious increase in price at time of booking, less than 24 hrs. after quoting the price, just makes us feel screwed.We will never do business Carols Travel Service again.
