Joon's Custom Tailors

Received horrible service. My daughter needed her prom dress altered. Joons alterations were horrible. She was measuring the length without taking into account that she was also lifting the shoulders, so we asked her to take that into consideration but she didn't listen. She mumbled something in another language acting like she knew she was doing. She did not use a measuring tape, she just "eyed" it, and the dress came out too short and too tight. Brought the dress back and she said she would sew a layer to the bottom of the dress to make it longer but there would be a sewing line across the bottom. Unacceptable. I asked for my money back and she said she would only give me my $85 back but she was going to keep my $200 dress. My daughter was in tears. Joon was very rude, almost had to call the police because she wasn't going to let my daughter have her dress back. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE- they don't deserve one star
