Valvoline Instant Oil Change

When my A/C went out on my truck I gave the guys at Valvoline Thomasville a call. I told them what was going on and asked if they do A/C repairs or if they just do coolant service. They told me that they would look at the truck and if the compressor was broke, they would order a “kit” to replace the compressor, hoses, etc.. So on Friday I dropped the truck off at 8:00 am and was told I was second in line. At 4:00 I drove past the shop with my wife and noticed that my truck hadn’t been moved. When I stopped and inquired I was told that the guy who checked the truck in didn’t relay to the mechanic what I needed done. After finally getting the mechanic to look at the truck (stick his head in the engine compartment) he said he wasn’t touching it. I ended up at Tommy Boys that afternoon and the parts are ordered and the truck is scheduled to be fixed. From my experience, this shop is good for oil changes but not much else.
