General Info: Texas Regional Urology is the medical practice of Dr. Clyde L. Corey, Dr. Drew Dylewski, Dr. Matthew Hogan, and Dr. Liliana Woo. We provide comprehensive urologic care for both adult and pediatric patients across northern metropolitan Houston, including The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Champions, Conroe, and Kingwood. Our offices are located in Tomball, The Woodlands, and Kingwood, close to where you live and work, and we have flexible hours five days a week to accommodate your schedule. Our mission is simple: Provide our patients with compassionate, cutting-edge care, and make their experience as comfortable and convenient as possible.

Kidney Cancer
Kidney Stones
Lithotripsy is the most frequently used procedure for the treatment of kidney stones. In lithotripsy, shock waves that are created outside the body travel through the skin and body tissues until they hit the denser stones. The stones break down into small particles that are easily passed through the urinary tract in the urine. The major benefit of lithotripsy is that it is non-invasive. Lithotripsy is done on an outpatient basis, and recovery time is relatively short; most people can resume normal activities in 1–2 days.

Dr. Dylewski has a clinical interest in robotic and laparoscopic procedures, and performs robotic-assisted prostatectomy for the management of prostate cancer.

Dr. Woo received her Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from The University of Texas at El Paso in 1995. She earned her medical degree at Harvard Medical School in 1999. She followed that with a general surgery internship and urology residency at The University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr. Woo has been in practice since 2004 and is board certified by the American Board of Urology.
Vasectomy
Vasectomy is a simple, safe surgical procedure for permanent male fertility control. The tube (called a “vas”) which leads from the testicle is cut and sealed in order to stop sperm from leaving.
Robotic Surgery
Over the past decade, the introduction of the surgical robot has revolutionized the management of prostate cancer. Dr. Drew Dylewski is the most experienced and active robotic urologist across Tomball, The Woodlands, Conroe, Kingwood, and North Houston. After receiving special training in robotic surgery at Duke University Medical Center, he has refined the technique in this area and has treated over 400 men for prostate cancer since 2007.
