Lousy sevice

Repairman came out 10-26-2009 to fix our stove, said the thermostat was out and the part was back ordered. I checked the internet, over a dozen distributors stocked the item for about $20 to $30. They rescheduled the appointment for 11-30-2009 and never showed up. They called the next day and said they would have to reschedule for an appointment on 12-9-2009, that didn't work for me. Then they wanted to schedule close to Christmas, 2 months without a stove, including Thanksgiving, is long enough. I asked for a refund of the service fee and they refused. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Buyer Beware

Beware this company has deceptive business practices! They were contracted to come service an icemaker through my home warranty company and NEVER showed. They then told my home warranty company that they did come and tried to collect a sevice charge. When confronted they continued to lie and CANNOT produce an invoice with my signature to prove they came to my house. Save youself time and money by calling someone else!
