Worst experience ever. Left my car to get detailed, came back in 1 hour and my keys were nowhere to be found. The staff went to jail and I had to call the police department to see if the inmate had my keys. They said he did, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in 100 degree weather to get my car keys. The general manager tells me it’s out of his hands and don’t want to give me money back.. Very dissatisfied!!!!!!!!

STOP!!! Do NOT take your vehicle here, and if you do, do not trust them. They managed to lose my SUV antennae. I can understand an honest mistake, but they told me it was put in my center console. So then where is it? Not in the car, tore it apart, it is still at this incompetent car wash. Oh, and don't expect the manager to make it right, all you get is 'Sorry'. Sorry is right.

Went to get my vehicle inspected and was denied because my exhaust supposedly wasnt long enough. Not to mention the only inspector spoke almost no English so I could barely understand what he was saying. Went to another place down the street and was told that everything was fine. I got a new exhaust put on a few months ago and the company obviously wouldn't do anything to a vehicle that wouldn't pass inspection. Hire English speaking people that know what they are doing!! This is America...

Your watch probably was already missing and the people (manager) are good and cooperative...STOP crying baby!
