UPS Customer Center

I have been at my house all day waiting for my packages that your site said was on truck for delivery. checked every hour all the way up till 7 pm and kept saying out for delivery. At 8pm it said destination scan which means my packages road around all day long in the truck and then landed right back at ups. I am so beyond mad at this point. Called the office and the lady says to keep looking for the truck. I am not stupid, now I want get until Monday because they don't deliver on weekends. Something needs to be done with the Texarkana ups they have gotten so sloppy and unprofessional the last couple of years.

Have been waiting all day for a ‘signature required’ delivery. Called at 7:00pm and UPS confirmed that it would arrive by 11:00pm. At 11:01pm the UPS site listed it delayed by weather, which has been clear all afternoon. Need to learn you are not The only service in town, will be specifying alternates from here on for my business.

I got my neighbor's package and he got mine. Luckily, I was driving onto my driveway when I saw the UPS van. I called the number on the box with my neighbor's phone number. We switched packages. After all these years, this was the first mess up. Please pay attention next time.

Worst delivery service on the face of the earth! A dead donkey would be more reliable!

I have tracked a package and researched that it's in the local post office here in Texarkana, I don't have it yet, the driver never came to my door to deliver ,so there was no note left but this was stated today by the UPS customer service rep that it was. I guess my box was too small and it was not in someone's time limit on Saturday to deliver to me at my apartment, usually they drop it ring the doorbell and when you get to door they are driving off, so why was that so hard on Saturday. I'm disabled and confined to my home, so I'm here and my door bell is loud . UPS , sorry to be an inconvenience on a Saturday. I'm right here on the way to UPS! Tuesday 8/15/17

Could not get a hold of a real person to get a package that we needed and paid to overnight.

Zero stars. If there were negative I would rate it well into the negative column. I am getting married and UPS is sitting on a package in Texarkana that they won't allow anyone to come to them to pick up but they will be happy to deliver it 2 days too late on Monday. I WILL NEVER USE UPS AGAIN. Customer service is non existent!

Why is there no number to call this place directly? I have a perishable order due for delivery today, and suddenly they can't find my address. I've been getting packages at this address for years, so why todeay, or all days, must the driver be unable to find me? If I could call the distribution center, they could call the driver directly, but no - I have to call an 800 number and get someone with an Indian accent, and wait for a call back!
