GM Appliance Repair

I had a fridge which defrosted and opened a ticket with my home warranty company. they came and looked at the fridge and did not find anything wrong. they asked me to watch the fridge and if the problems resurfaced to call them. I left the fridge on and it seemed to work ok. The following day I came home and opened the freezer door and found that a freezer shelf and glass shelf covering the freezer drawers and a door shelf were missing. I called and left a message on the cellphone of the technician and got no response. I then called the company on Tuesday after labor day and was told they would contact the technician and get back to me. I contacted them again a few days later and was transfered to a supervisor whi said they did not take anything and they did not know what I was talking about, they also mentioned that the technician said i was there with them, which is true, but i was not watching them.. I then contacted the warranty company with the same results. and the company denied taking the components from my freezer and even went further to point out that if anything i did was to tarnish their image they would have to deal with it accordingly. Basically, they stole my freezer shelves and rhey are denying it.
