US Air Home Energy

This was one of the worst companies that I've ever worked for. They didn't treat their employees appropriately in any form. The higher up in the front office would only go in the marketing room when there was a problem rather than to tell how great we were doing. There was no such thing as working together as a team. The A/C unit would always be broke meaning it would be 85+ degrees in the back of the building where I worked *crazy because it's an A/C company* but the people in the front office got the perfect A/C and didn't step foot in the back where we worked until the unit was fixed and it was at a cool 72 degrees again. I rate this company 1 star.

After receiving a call regarding a summer air conditioning checkup, I made an appointment . Lucky me. Our 'tech' , Brandon-aka Rambo, was so knowledgeable re:our Trane. His explanation of our needs was visual and verbal..I was actually able to explain issues to my husband:) Thank you US Air , and especially thank you Rambo...you are knowledgeable, gentlemanly, and a wonderful rep for this company.
