        At the point of my life where its either get in shape or watch my health decline and get worse. My Dr. recommended this company Grind Stone health and Fitness. Took my doctors advice, let me tell you what. Best decision I've made in years. I'm down 35 pounds, I'm stronger then ever and my diabetes is under control. You owe it to yourself to feel and look amazing every day. Don't waste your time, get your life back and give these guys a call!
