Note this review was put here by mistake. It belongs to the Mesa Main street location and rightfully so. The Mesa Main street location has the worst lack of compassion and caring or customer service ever. My 16 month old grandson had an appointment to day 2/26/14 for a well check and to treat a bothersome rash on his face. My wife , our daughter in law and our 16 month old grandson committed the most serious of crimes against the Main street location of Happy kids. They were late. Be aware that Happy kids has a strict rule about being late over a specified amount of time. They are supposed to offer an appointment later the same day but in this situation of my family it did not happen. It is not written anywhere nor is it verbally mentioned to anyone a lengthy rule about being tardy exists. Dr Carrusco COO of Happy kids told my son nearly everyone of their patients is late. The reason for the rule. But although it is somewhat secret the rule exists. At least in the words of Dr Jose Carrusco the COO of the company. Apparently Juanita who runs the Mesa Main street office is also unaware of it. When pressed for an explanation and something in writing to clarify the ruling Juanita and her staff took the defiant stance and told my wife, daughter in law and grandson if they do not leave Juanita will call the police and make them leave. WHAT??. All because of being late and demanding an explanation and maybe some compassion and caring Juanita is going to call the police and have them all forcibly evicted. What next Juanita? Have the police tase my wife and daughter in law. Cuff them both and send my grandson to CPS. What was your true intent today Juanita?. .To destroy people's lives or what? After all this is a pediatric office right?. These are children being seen or maybe not being seen. How many times have you done this Juanita? You seem to be very good at it. This is not Russia or Nazi Germany but perhaps you all have gotten so comfortable abusing people that you no longer have a heart. Tonight my son also spoke with Dr. Jose Carrusco. He was also patronized. Dr Carrusco found no fault what so ever involving his staff.. He told my son his staff became nervous when my wife confronted them demanding an explanation. I would be nervous to if I was mindless like Jose's staff is. Obviously the Main street location and it's staff are lacking. They certainly lack in the compassion and caring department. It scares the heck out me and makes me very nervous to hear about and realize that something called Happy kid's pediatrics and it's staff especially the location on Main street in Mesa conducts themselves as such. It's very scary and sad at the same time. Avoid this place like the plaque. Lastly Jose Carrusco actually offered my son another appointment. Would you after having a threat made to call the police on you make you want to continue to trust your little one's health care to these people. Not a chance. Go somewhere else.

Happy kids pediatric I am glad Ieft you for Weecarepediatrics, my experience at HKP was aweful 3x you guys took over 2hrs to get me and my newborn checked you left us in the room waiting for dr.carazco and he wasn't even the one to check my child, the older guy was very rude he didn't even ask me if I had questions he said alright see you in 3months and walked out! 3x this has happened they leave you waiting forever and they didn't even notify me that my child was MISSING 4shots that's a whole set, their horrible! And I'm glad I am no longer with HKP

I have been going to the tempe office for five and a half years, since my son was born. He's five now. My daughter who's three has been there ever since. So far my experience with Happy kids have been really well. There was a couple of times where I ran into bad vibes with certain doctors, but the woman they have there now is really helpful and she does a good job. The reason I like healthy kids pediatrics is because they do have nice office staff and the doctors obvious know what they are doing. My daughter's always been prone to infections, so when ever I call for an appointment, they do have time to see me, although the wait isn't as short as it could be, it's not horrible. I think there was only one time where I had to wait an hour or more. That made me upset, but I asked why was that happening, I was told and let it go after that. More importantly though, if my kids are sick, they always are there to help out and make them well. I'm satisfied for the most part.
