        Not much time with Pacific management – horrible experience!
        Entire community is waiting to the ending of contract. Weak financial or maintenance control. Many callers complaining for rude staff. Building and units maintenance is overpriced. Being managed by Pacific means financial loss and assessment as Pacific looking for opportunity to outsmart HOA.
        Can’t stand prosperity? – hire Pacific.
