Until today, I've been a loyal customer of this shop (about 6 years). In my opinion, the quality of the customer service has greatly decreased since. DO NOT count on confirmed appointments, it will simply not happen.

This last time around I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment and dropped off my vehicle for an alignment. I was informed by the manager on duty that the car should be ready within an hour and a half. I was back exactly at the time agreed, and to my surprise, the car was parked at the same spot where I had left it, and no service had been performed on the car.

Once I questioned one of the attendants and requested to speak to the manager, I was told the manager was not available. The funny thing is, as soon as I had entered the shop to pick up my car, I noticed the manager walking out, obviously as an attempt to ignore the fact that the car was not serviced within the time agreed. At this point I requested my keys and left. Don't waste your time with this people
