        The best auto shop I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Theresa and her team go above and beyond. I drove on a flooded street in South Tampa and destroyed my motor. The insurance company attempted to order me a motor that had more miles than my original motor and Theresa would not have it. Had to wait a couple extra days, but got a motor with ten thousand less miles than the original. Service is unmatched at this business, and I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Theresa even offered to give me rides while my car was being fixed!

        Bay Area Automotive is awesome! We live in Kansas City MO and our daughter is going to school in Tampa. She was having brake problems with her car and I found Bay Automotive online with some good reviews. They lived up to their reviews and much more. They took good care of my daughter, fixed only what needed repair, the price was lower than I expected, they were very kind and courteous. Afterwards, they emailed my receipt to me. She has since been back for an oil change since then and got the same great service. It is almost like having family look out for us... a huge comfort for parents so far away from our daughter! If you are in the Tampa area, it is worth your while to take your car to them.

        Excellent Work! Better Prices! Knowledgable People!

        I drive by Bay Area Automotive Services every day on my way to work. I knew my van needed work but I was skeptical of who to take my car to. They have signs out front that advertise "Fair Prices". Talk about true advertising. I finally stopped in for a free estimate on my repairs needed & told them I would be back. There was no pressure. I checked a couple of other places in the area and Bay Area Automotive Services provided the best price! It was true! So I can back and they even dropped me off at work. My van was done on time and Ken even showed me what was wrong, what he corrected and showed me the old broken part. I very was impressed. Not only will I come back, but I have told all of my coworkers, friends, family, everyone I know!

        I highly recommend Bay Area Automotive Services because I took my car to another shop just down the road and decided to stop in for a price comparison. Boy was I surprised! Not only were their prices better, the level of service that was provided is something that I do not normally see in automotive repair shops. The technician was very knowledgeable, understanding, and informative. I will definitely be bringing my car back for future services as well as my other vehicles and telling everyone I know that Bay Area Automotive Services is the only place to take your car for honest repairs in Tampa.
