Kozon Plumbing & Heating

I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. Kozon came to our rescue when our geothermal in our brand new house was totally installed incorrectly. They did such a good job that when we needed a whole home humidifier in our new house, we picked them. Reasonably priced, good service and helpful techs.

They were recommended to me by our neighbor. We needed our furnace fixed, I got as far as the woman who answered the phone. I will never give them a dime if that's the kind of condescending, ostentatious women they have answering their phones. She acted like she knew everything and I knew nothing. I'm 86 years old, and am retired from the military. I am physically unable to work on my own furnace. I tried to explain what was wrong but she wouldn't let me speak! She kept laughing loudly and being disrespectful. I will spend my money elsewhere.
