DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! Took my car in for a simple repair, and they did $500 worth of damage to my car, then tried to make me pay them to fix the damage the THEY did! Please save yourself the time, trouble, and money.

Absolutely worst place to go in Sylva, especially for a female! They talk to you like you know nothing about cars and even told me they couldn't inspect my car because it was in a county other than Jackson county. Glad they basically refused service so I couldn't contribute to their inbred lifestyle. Would not recommend even if they paid me.

2 words- CAVEAT EMPTOR!

I was quoted $375 for a set of tires for my Toyota. When I returned for puickup, they told me it would be $675. They had not even called to ask permission to proceed at the higher cost. Due to time restarints, I couldn't have them replace the old tires.

There are plenty of choices for tire purchases in the area. Sylva tire should NOT be one of them.
