Lincolnshire Place

This facility is nice and my mom likes living there, but don't count on the facility director to call you when a need arises for your loved one and don't depend on the nurses to be around. Every time I go into mom's wing there aren't any nurses in the living area or rec area and if one does show up, they are often rude. They often don't know mom's care plan and don't know why I'm there if I'm dropping something off. We would move her if there was room in another facility in town just based on the rude staff.

Our family cared for my step-dad, who has Alzheimers, at home for several years. His need for care became more than we could do. Lincolnshire Place was there when we needed them, and we could not be more grateful. Wonderful staff and environment, we re so happy he's there!

Lincolnshire Place is an absoloutely exceptional placement for your loved one who has dementia. The staff is top-notch and caring, the environment is homey & non-institutional. The decision was heart-wrenching, but he's doing GREAT! So glad he's in a wonderful place to call home!

I found the Lincolnshire Place in Sycamore to be everything they advertised it to be. It is well thought out in every detail for the care and safety of its residents with memory problems. It is a home away from home. The staff is well educated, loving and trained in the care of these residents. They treat the residents with respect and a genuine love of their jobs. I have seen the staff in action for over 3 months and have never had a reason to question their care. Thank you for building such a wonderful facility and providing needed respect and loving care for our families.
