NTB National Tire & Battery

Not a great experience, bad diagnosis. Went in for my a/c problem as it was blowing hot air, paid almost $100 for 1hr diagnosis and was recommended for new a/c compressor for $900 as they told compressor is not kicking in. I took their word as I don't want to spend more for diagnosis at another place. I replaced a new compressor using a mechanic friend but still compressor won't work. Finally turned out to be a minor electrical wire harness issue that costed less than $80 to fix. spent $400 replacing the compressor for nothing.

Another time went to replace tires for my other car as I had some warranty on it. They told warranty does not cover it, the guy did not even look at the tires. I still bought a cheap tire and told them to balance all wheels and they put the wheels back without even balancing the wheels that had old tires. I made them balance it after they checked with the mechanic who did the work. Very bad customer service and only interested in making money. Their suggested other repair costs are way high compared to AAA near by. Twice bitten, will never take my vehicles to them. Front desk rep is horrible to speak with, both the young girl and a new guy who came in.
