After going through three quotes to renovate our backyard (grading, sod, new sprinklers, flower bed establishment, debris removal), AllSouth was an easy decision.



Pricing was competitive and fair -- although, it was the immediate customer service and attentiveness to our timeline that sealed the deal.



My initial call was placed after-hours and I left a voicemail. I received a returned phone call first thing in the morning from two separate people. Someone was at our house within 24 hours to create the estimate. The estimate was provided the same evening and it was *very* thorough -- accurately reflecting the scope of the job described earlier. Pricing remained the same from the intial quote to when I actually paid (in other words, no hidden costs or hikes along the way). Once my wife and I made the decision to move forward (with absolutely ZERO pressure from AllSouth), installation was ready to move forward within 10 days.



As for the job itself, my wife and I couldn't be more satisfied. The backyard (~5,500 sq. ft) was transformed -- within a day -- from a bumpy, crabgrass-infested wasteland into a clean, well-shaped oasis for our daughters to play.



The actual installers were all uniformed, extremely courteous and very efficient in getting the job accomplished. Furthermore, they didn't simply "do the job" listed -- they did the job as it made sense. I was pleasantly surprised by several details I didn't think to discuss beforehand -- from salvaging and replanting various bushes to improving other areas of the side yards with leftover sod.



Normally in my reviews for products and services, I try to present constructive criticism -- but I'm at a loss of words to find any. Beginning to end, this was a professional installation with responsive communciation and impressive results.
