Rafael Albo listed my condo #1402 at the Waverly in South Beach. He did not lift a finger to sell the property - he simply listed it on MLS and it was somebody who saw it on MLS that bought it. Not his contacts at all. I would not recommend him. Furthermore, when the property finally sold, I gave him my expensive JURA coffee maker to store at his home until I returned to Miami Beach. I also had the kindness of heart to tell him he could use it while I was away and until I returned. Bernice M, my assistant and I had to walk him through several times on how to use it...he had a hard time understanding and we even helped him take it to his car. He now says I gave it to him as a gift to keep forever - well that is a lie - I loaned it until I returned. When I asked for it back and I arranged for someone to pick it up he said he trashed it. He could have simply returned - so he is also a thief! He is simply unprofessional, unreliable, does not remember much, is forgetful. I do not recommend him. I regret ever getting him to list my property - there are some people like him you had wished never entered your life's journey, like him.
