I'd give this place NO STARS if I could. I signed my son up for there new jensen beach location the director Tasha seemed nice at first. She told me they would be opened the next day and I could drop him off as early as 7am. I got there with my son at 730am NOONE WAS THERE. I waited around for 30 minutes until I couldn't wait anymore due to having to be at work. My mom ended up having to keep him and call out of work so I could go. I later called the stuart location and spoke with someone there she got ahold of tasha who calls me .. she was very RUDE from the start she blamed everything on me saying she was there and that I lied about being there at 730 cause she was there .. in all reality noone was there . I asked for my money back and that I was going to put him in a different school due to this incident and then on top of it her being rude and not taking responsibility for what happened. She then proceed to yell at me over the phone and then HANGS UP on me. At the end of it she only refunded me the first week of tuition and not the deposit even though it was her fault this happened . So I'm out $75 dollars because of tasha actions. I've since reported her to the BBB and would not recommend this place to anyone.. stay clear find a different daycare for your child and to save you a headache.
