Affordable Flooring

I received less material than what was ordered. An itemized receipt was requested, and never was provided. Simple calculations are too complicated for them. I was promised a refund for the shortage of tile. The check never showed, and then communication stopped. They still owe me money and now two months have passed.

I also had to pay $100 for shipping. I was told that it would be delivered to my home. But what I was actually paying for was the shipping from Miami to their store. I had to call and check as to when and if it was delivered to the store. When I had called, it had already been sitting at their store for a few days. Then I was told that it would be an extra charge to deliver it to my home.

Really poor management and communication. They still owe me money. I'm happy with my kitchen floor, but I need to finish the rest of my house, and now I'll be looking for a new supplier. They've lost a customer and gained a very poor rating online.
