Hollywood Nails

I wish I could give them no star!! This is the worst salon! The owners Andy & Rose are rude, sarcastic, unprofessional, & show offs when they have an audience. They don't listen when u have a specific request, they always have a slick or sarcastic remark, & are constantly telling you what you should get or do to your nails or lashes. I have very long nails & their acrylic is cheap or watered down, so my nails cracked on the sides & some actually broke off. When I said something Andy said it was whatever I was doing. I told him i don't do anything harsh & his acrylic was cheap! I shut him up & he didn't get to embarrass me!! I absolutely despise them & this salon!! They will not get my money anymore or a recommendation to anyone that I know!!!! ZERO STARS

This was the worst experience in my life!!! I requested individual eyelashes. The end result was me not being able to see with the eyelashes that the girl had put on. It felt like a fan on both of my eyes, plus I couldn't see correctly due to all the blue she had put underneath my own eyelashes. It did not look like individual lashes as they advertise at all!!! It was not save for me to leave driving. I expressed my pain and concerns to the owners and they refused to take them off, even though I was willing to pay. I was desparate, and scared. End result was not pretty (irritated eyes, depressed bc my eyes hurt and I lost the majority of my own eyelashes). The owners did not for once as a curtesy checked up on me or helped me, but instead demanded me to pay for the eyelashes and embarrassed me in front of the rest of the clients there. I will never go there again!!!!! Health department should certainly placed them a visit to avoid this from happening again to anyone ever again.

Very friendly and quick I didn't like the color I chose and she wiped it off (three toes) and didn't mind me choosing another color
