Taco Bell

Usually I have no problems with this place. But today, at noon, I stopped in for lunch. Not only did the cashier LEAVE the counter while I and several other people were waiting to order, but he was very rude. When he finally came back to the register, I ordered and he said my total came to $11.58. I have him a ten and a 5. He gave me .42 cents in return. When I told him I had more change coming, he quickly looked at the screen and said "no, your total was $13 something." Then he refused to give me my receipt. I had to ask him multiple times to check the total and he just went to the next person in line. I watched as he proceeded to do the SAME thing to customers who paid in cash. Either he doesn't know how to do his job, or he is stealing money. I will NEVER go back while he is working

Not quite sure how to express my dissatisfaction with this restaurant. Person taking my order seemed very unsure of the self and how to run register. Ordered a Fiesta Taco Salad, a Burrito Supreme - Beef and eight pieces of grilled chicken. I was told that they had NO grilled chicken so I took regular. When I got home, (2 miles away) we found that the Burrito Supreme was actually chicken and was ice cold with hardly any filling in it. My wife took one bite and threw the rest away. My Fiesta Taco Salad was Luke warm with no lettuce. The shell was 3/4 empty. The chicken was good. I would never recommend the Taco Bell side of this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered food tonight. Took over 20 minutes and it's mediocre at best. Even had to call them to make sure they hadn't forgotten I was sitting at the drive thru.

Service is slow. Staff could be friendlier. Not up to the usual Taco Bell standard.

I have eaten several times from this place, sometimes they get our order right, and fresh, unfortunately I have been able to count on one hand how many times that is. Almost everytime I have been here something is missing or the food has been sitting under a heat lamp all day. I have eaten at other locations, and this one by far is the most disorganized one around. I can say the employees haven't had any attitude problems or anything. The employees may need a bit more training though. . . I really like taco bell and kfc, but this one I feel like I am actually gambling with my money each time I go.
